The roles and responsibility of the 3rd Level Sr. Engineer are to provide the WAN Managed Services for 300+ customers and deliver superior customer services by resolving complex customer issues on a 24x7 schedule from management or 2nd Level Engineers.  Attend customer briefings to address customer concerns and represent the interest of the network management.  Establish standards for network design and management acceptance criteria for existing and new customers being manage by the network management center.  Provide management with recommendations and research ways to provide engineers with better tools to manage customer network efficiently.  I design the internal lab with a Unix Tftp Server, NT Server, and Novell Netware to simulate traffic and to allow for remote access.  I act as the technical resource for 1st and 2nd level team members who need of advise or direction in order to diagnosing and resolve network related issues.
